Order Processing Commitment

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States) – Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping destination. These charges will be displayed clearly at the checkout stage before you complete your purchase.
We offer the following domestic shipping options within the United States:

At this time, Official Store US ships only to addresses within the United States (including its territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). We currently do not offer international shipping to other countries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number(s) from the carrier, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Official Store US is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping if you select a shipping option without insurance or if the carrier’s tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

However, for uninsured packages where delivery is confirmed by the carrier, our ability to provide a replacement or refund may be limited. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we encounter difficulties validating an address, we may attempt to contact you for clarification.
Official Store US will not be held responsible if a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package cannot be recovered or is returned. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused by the recipient (for reasons other than damage during transit), the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping charges incurred by us, and any costs associated with redelivery if requested.
